Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Grow revenue by acquiring new clients and developing opportunities
  • Secure partnerships with clients to fulfill their business, recruitment, and staff augmentation needs.
  • Develop effective sales resources
  • Grow, manage, and develop sales personnel
  • Design and implement effective sales and sales management strategies and systems
  • Management reporting
Job Requirements:
  • Candidates who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or similar qualification is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success.
  • A strong network of relevant clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
